Our People and Culture

Health, Family, Nestlé - in that priority!Nordic CEO, Michiel Kernkamp

At Nestlé Nordics, people come first! That is why we prioritise flexibility, work-life balance, and diversity & inclusion. These elements are essential to thrive and prosper in a work environment.

We offer our employees good working conditions and helping them to stay safe, healthy and engaged are top priorities. Therefore, we support a flexible work environment. This means employees and their managers can agree on when, where and how employees work, in order to better balance personal needs and business requirements. Furthermore, we encourage our employees to take part in a variety of wellness activities at work, such as elastic band training, power walks, and mindfulness.

Respect for diversity means respect for other ways of thinking and other cultures, and requires openness and inclusiveness in all our interactions. In the Nordics, we are more than 40 different nationalities, who all strive to grow and succeed together. If you are committed to delivering your best, you will have access to a wealth of opportunities across different businesses and functions worldwide. Our inclusive environment gives us room to listen to your ideas with curiosity and openness.

In order to make the best decisions we need to have a diverse workforce. People with different backgrounds, frames of reference, views and thinking habits. We want to reflect society and our consumers, hence we need reflect that internally.
