We want our applicants to have the best possible experience when applying for a job at Nestlé, which is why it is important to know what to expect from the recruitment process. This is an overview of what to expect from each step in the process:

You will receive an answer within 2 weeks of the application deadline

  • You will be invited for an interview, or you will be notified that you are not the right fit for this position
  • If you are selected for an interview, you will receive news from the recruiter.

1ST ROUND INTERVIEW

TALK

You will meet your future Manager and a Recruitment Specialist in the 1st interview

  • We invite 5-6 candidates
  • The interview takes approximately 1 hour
  • You will get an introduction to Nestlé in the Nordics, team and position
  • We would like to hear more about you, your motivation and experiences
  • Hiring manager will give feedback to interviewed candidates via phone.

ONLINE ASSESSMENT

You will be asked to complete a personality test and ability tests online at home before we meet for the 2nd round interview (approx. 2 hours).

2ND ROUND INTERVIEW

TALK

Again, you will meet your future Manager and the same Recruitment Specialist

  • We invite 2-3 candidates
  • The interview takes approximately 1,5 hour
  • We will follow up on possible questions from the 1st interview
  • The interview will mainly focus on the tests and concrete examples from your work life Note: Keep in mind that the tests are just one part of the overall assessment, which are used to get to know you better
  • Hiring manager will give feedback to interviewed candidates via phone.
